When I lived in Australia I would buy individual packs of different seeds and then grind them in a coffee grinder. A couple of months ago I discovered this product which does all the hard work for me. A mixture of ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. I put a tablespoon of it in or on everything - smoothies, breakfast cereal, cake batter, salads. It’s an easy way to get some Omega 3s on a daily basis. Thought I would share my find.

I like this idea (mostly because it’s such an easy way to add a little extra to your/my diet).
